Return & Refund Policy*
Dawn-N-Shine committed to making every purchase a pleasant one. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Customer may return any unopened items within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund of the original purchase price. If you would like to return any of the products, please contact our team at sales@dawnnshine.com
- Dawn-N-Shine is not responsible for return postage, any shipping charges without prior authorization from our customer service team.
- All Product returns must be authorized by Dawn-N-Shine.
- Dawn-N-Shine reserves the right to reject any returns requested more than thirty (30) days after the delivery date.
- Dawn-N-Shine must receive all authorized returns within five business days of the return authorization. Customer shall ship the Product to the service center indicated by Dawn-N-Shine with the transportation charges prepaid. To ensure prompt handling, Customer shall place the return authorization number on the outside of the package and utilize any return authorization provided by Dawn-N-Shine
- Dawn-N-Shine reserves the right to reject any return shipment of Product that has not been authorized by Dawn-N-Shine or to return such shipment to Customer at Customer’s expense. If any Product is erroneously shipped to or returned to a Dawn-N-Shine facility, Customer will be responsible for removing the Product from Dawn-N-Shine’s facility immediately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

To ensure proper credit, each Product return must include the following information:
- Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Dawn-N-Shine Order Number
- Catalog / Item / Product Number
- Quantity of Returned Product(s)
- Customer Name and Address
- Purchase Order Number (if any)
- Invoice Number and Date
- Reason for Return
- Hazardous Material Return: Where the return of hazardous material is authorized by Dawn-N-Shine, Customer shall pack and label each return shipment of hazardous materials in accordance with applicable laws and regulations applying to transportation of hazardous materials and provide shipping documents that comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- All returns are subject to a minimum fifteen percent (15%) restocking charge. Custom Products are not returnable. Customer is responsible for all transportation fees related to returned Product unless otherwise authorized in advance by Dawn-N-Shine
- All returned Products are subject to Dawn-N-Shine inspection and acceptance. Title and risk of loss in the returned Products will transfer to Dawn-N-Shine only upon Dawn-N-Shine’s acceptance of the Products.
- Dawn-N-Shine reserves the right to Change / Modify the returned policy at any time without any prior notice.
*Any of applied discount codes will NOT be refunded. Wholesale quantities are not eligible for this policy, and Dawn-N-Shine not liable to issue any refund for opened items. However, orders returned unaltered will receive a full refund (shipping excluded).
These terms are non-negotiable and will be enforced at the discretion of Dawn-N-Shine.com. Customer service will not investigate any order disputes past the 30-day grace period. Should you ever have questions or concerns regarding a recent order, please contact customer service immediately.
International Orders & Customs
Dawn-N-Shine.com is not responsible for products that may be banned in your country or have special requirements to clear customs. We ask that you contact your local customs office to verify if the products and sizes you are purchasing can be cleared through customs without special import permits or prescriptions.
If for any reason your package is refused by you or your country, any shipping charge or fees imposed by the shipping carrier to return your order, will not be included with your refund.
Any orders abandoned by you, the shipping carrier, or your country or state for any reason — including lack of import permits, prescriptions, or because the item is banned by your country/ state WILL NOT be refunded.
